This villa was absolutely fantastic! We were amazed from the moment we stepped foot into the place. The home is decorated very modern
and displays such a warm feeling from the moment you walk in. Having all the amenities all under one roof, allowed all of us to enjoy
every moment together. The home had a fun games room for us to have family competitions together. It was Fantastic!
The close proximity to everything allowed us to get in everything we planned to do during our holiday. We were within minutes of Disney.
Being our first time renting a home for our vacation we were a little worried that everything would turn out okay. However the service that
was provided to us through the whole process exceeded our expectations. We were very impressed with the service the owner provided. We
will definitely be returning to Florida in the future and would definitely love to stay at your villa again. I will and have recommended
your villa to people I know who are going to be vacationing in Florida.

Just a quick note to let you know that the villa was absolutely perfect for our stay. Both my family of four (2 adults, 2 children) and
my sisters' family of five (2 adults, 3 children) had more than enough space during our entire 10 day stay.
The pool was a big hit with everyone after long hot days in the parks, and the villas proximity to Disney meant even if we were running a
little late, we were never more than a 10 minute car ride away. We easily found everything we needed both in terms of the villa (which was
very well equipped) and the local restaurants and public supermarket.
The wireless internet was also very much appreciated, meaning we could easily check e-mails, and allowing my brother-in-law to keep up
with the day to day operations of his business (even though it meant getting up extra early). Being from Sydney, we were hesitant at first
in regards to booking a villa (after reading about scams etc), however the "seamless" process and your prompt attention to any enquiry made
it all extremely easy. Keyless entry was also welcomed, meaning we weren't running around trying to find Agents and collecting keys upon
arrival.
I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone book this villa. There is absolutely no competition between the villa and a small hotel
room. When leaving the Disney parks in the evening after shows, we often commented on the huge lines of "Disney" patrons trying to get
transport back to their hotels. We often felt that we would be home, showered and in bed before they were!!

We had an incredible time at your Villa. We have 3 kids, 9,7 and 3 years old. They absolutely loved the place, the games room was where
they wanted to be all the time. And for my daughter, having a tinker bell room was amazing. The Villa is really comfortable, and the location
is superb, close to everything not only Disney but restaurants, super market, shopping, etc. We would definitely recomend the Villa, we hope
to go back soon.

The Villa was absolutely perfect, beautiful decor, exactly how it looks on the website. Every thing was pristine, the location ideal for
Disney, Universal etc and the owner a pleasure to deal with.
Sounds a bit over the top but this really is how it was. Being very sceptical about individual renting I went into this cautiously, I
was also advised by another owner to beware of lies and false pictures. There is none of this, what you see is exactly what you get.
Having rented another Villa which was a 7 bed exec in the same location for our last 5 days due to this one being unavailable I would
most certainly not hesitate to rent this one every time.

We have stayed in this villa for 2 years running and loved every minute.
We have 3 teenagers aged 18 17 and 13 who did not want to come home. The location of the villa is superb with the all the Disney parks
within minutes. The reassurance of staying within a gated community means a lot when staying in Florida.
We will be returning to Florida in 2011/2012 and will be staying in the same villa.

We had a wonderful stay in your Windsor Hills Villa. The teens loved having their own rooms, and the pool in the back yard was an added
plus.
We had a couple of "relax" days where we had plans later in the day. Having plenty of space to unwind and being able to relax by the pool
was great! The location can't be beat. You are very close to everything, yet Windsor Hills is so peaceful.
Everyone that looks at my vacation pictures are very impressed with your beautiful home. They all want me to plan their vacations next

The décor and furnishings were of a very high quality – best rental home we have stayed in.The kids absolutely loved their rooms and
en-suites. The home and complex was all immaculate and felt very secure.
We were a group of 8 and everyone had plenty of space. It was perfect being able to sit and have breakfast and then get ready
(without feeling the need to rush out of a hotel room) before hitting the parks and once we ‘eventually’ got back after a long day –
the pool was a real hit. In our opinion so much more practical staying in a lovely house rather than a hotel on this kind of trip.
The owner was a pleasure to do business with.

We loved our stay in your villa. The home is beautiful - just like home for us. The kids loved having their own bathrooms and the
tinkerbell room was a hit with our 6 year old daughter. The two teenage boys loved the game room. Pool was great.
Windsor Hills is a great community. The playground and clubhouse facilities are wonderful. We picked Windsor Hills because we wanted
a place for our teenagers to "hang out" and the clubhouse fits the bill.

Thanks so much for making our stay at your villa so wonderful. Your place is very spacious and comfortably hosted our family
during our stay in Florida in March of 2010. We found the villa to be very well appointed with many amenities, high quality
furnishings and stylish decor.
The location for us was ideal and enabled us to experience the excitement of the Disney parks but only being a 5-10 minute drive
away, also find time for relaxation during the course of our busy day. The owner was very helpful and accommodating leading up to
our stay. She responded promptly to all of our many questions and offered lots of advice with our arrangements.
All in all we had a very memorable family vacation and look forward to the opportunity to experience Disney and the dream
villa again.
